Some other Herefordshire cheeses

This selection is Charlie Westhead and his team at Neals Yard Creamery. They are our fellow cheesemakers in beautiful Herefordshire so it seemed like a good place to start.The dairy sits atop Dorstone Hill with great views over the county. Charlie moved from the south-east to make his cheese here having been one of the original employees at Neals Yard Dairy in Covent Garden London. We have chosen his goats cheeses here.
